Parish Council Meetings

Annual Meeting of the Parish

The Annual Parish Meeting took place at 7pm on Thursday, 9 May at Granby Village Hall. The Annual Meeting was open to all electors of the Parish, who have the right not only to attend but also to speak on any matter of local interest. All of the Parish Councillors were be there but as parishioners
, not Councillors.

​Reports on the previous years activities were provided by the chairs of each of the clubs in the village plus reports from the president of the WI and principal bell ringer.


Parish Council Annual Financial Reports  
 
The financial accounts for the year 2024 to 2025 were discussed and agreed at the Meeting of the Parish Council in the Village Hall at 7:00 PM on Thursday 12th June. Once agreed a copy of the Financial Accounts 2024/25 can be found here

Parish Council Meetings

The Parish Council, normally meet with the exception of August (September and November 2024) on the second Thursday of each month at 7.00PM in the Village Hall. Members of the public are welcome to attend the whole meeting and have the opportunity to comment for up to 3 minutes on any agenda item during the first 15 minutes. The agenda and minutes when published, can be read through the links below and are also displayed on the Parish Noticeboards. The annual meeting is held in April or May each year when reports from the various village groups are received.
