Granby cum Sutton Village Plan

The Plan, published in 2009, outlined the hopes and aspirations of residents over the next few years and marked the beginning of the next stage of the process to continue to improve the quality of life for the local community. You can read it on our website here.

Granby Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan

In 1990 the village of Granby was designated as part of Rushcliffe Borough Council's proposals to create new conservation areas. Subsequently, Rushcliffe Borough Council published in 2009 an Appraisal and Management Plan recording the character of the area, conservation boundary and works within the conservation area that require permission. You can read the document on our website here.

Alternatively, the townscape appraisal, also published by Rushcliffe Borough Council, clearly showing the listed buildings, buildings of architectural or historic character and other positive details, can also be read on our website here.
